Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. To be fair to all participants and to allow us time to fill workshop spaces, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to all workshop bookings.

7 or More Days Before Your Workshop

Cancellations made 7 or more days before your scheduled workshop are eligible for a full refund or transfer to another available workshop.

3–6 Days Before Your Workshop

Cancellations made 3–6 days before your scheduled workshop may be transferred to another available workshop or are eligible for a 50% refund.

Less Than 72 Hours Before Your Workshop

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your workshop, as well as no-shows, are nonrefundable and nontransferable, unless we are able to fill your spot.

If We Need to Cancel

If Stardust & Solder needs to cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund or may transfer your registration to another available workshop.
